Apart from the Service Level Agreements Nextnet offers, we also provide detailed IT Documentation to all our clients as well as the upkeep of IT Asset registers. By partnering with some of the largest printer companies in South Africa we can offer affordable printing solutions through providing either a rented service or outright purchase.

Through our partnership with Motswako Office Solutions we can offer Ricoh printers on rental or finance including full support and consumable provision.

Website and electronic communication design

As an outsourced service, we offer web design tailored to our client’s requirements and specifications. Each comissioned website is viewed as an individual project and the design services include:

Software and Hardware rentals

Nextnet has partnerships in place with some of the biggest players in the hardware finance and rental market in South Africa and can ensure that our client’s have access to similar deals the large corporate organisations enjoy. As a part of our Re-Use policy, from time to time we obtain access to used corporate IT Equipment (as new as 3 months old) these are normally put out on rental at hugely discounted rates to our clients.

We are also in a position to offer our clients Microsoft software licensing through the Microsoft Service Providers Licensing agreement (SPLA) that allows the client to rent the software rather than having the huge upfront capital expenditure.

Rentals are fully tax deductible and do not require huge capital investment nor are they subject to asset depreciation. We offer rentals on all ITC hardware subject to approval by the rental provider.

Decommissioning and disposal of old hardware – according to EWASA Standards.

As an environmentally friendly company, we offer our clients a full E-Waste management service. With our e-waste management offering we utilise the Reduce, Re-use and Recycle approach.

Firstly we assist in identifying where infrastructure can be improved and better utilised, normally this assesment ends up in aged equipment being replaced.

We will decommission the redundant equipment and should it still be usable, we will refurbish, resell or rent the equipment. There is a scope for the client to earn a return on his initial investment should the products in be good condition.

Nextnet’s last resource is to recycle redundant and obsolete equipment. We use only EWASA approved and iso14001 certified recyclers and this is a fully auditable process. Nextnet provides clients with destruction certificates as soon as the equipment has been recycled.
